- Full Bale Eject
All Mardon RamPack Semi Auto Balers are designed to fully eject each bale. This allows the operator to bale different materials each time a bale is completed.

Hardox Floor
All Mardon RamPack Semi Auto Balers are tied as Standard with a full length Hardox Floor in the Bale Chamber together with Hardox plating on the underside of the packing ram to ensure minimum wear.

Grip Face Side Walls
All Mardon RamPack Semi Auto Balers are fitted with Grip Face Sides in the Bale Chamber designed to Counter Act Spring Back of Material. For Extreme Cases additional spring loaded retention claws may be added., but are rarely needed.

Shear Blades
All Mardon RamPack Semi Auto Balers are fitted with V Shaped Serrated Shear Blades on the Bale Chamber with Tool Steel Anvil Type Cutting Knives on the Packing Ram. This ensures maximum cutting efficiency and prevents material blockages.
The Serrated Shear Blades ensure that the material does not slide into the middle while the V Shape increases the cutting which is concentrated on just two points across the chamber as the ram moves forward.

Power Pack Enclosure
The Mardon RamPack HX Series Balers are fitted with a fully enclosed Power Pack Cabinet with the Main Control Panel on the left or right hand confirmed at time of order. The HX500 has a Rain weather Cover plate only.

Dual Baling Pressures
All Mardon RamPack Semi Auto Balers are fitted with Dual Baling Pressures as Standard. This allows the Operator to select High pressure or Low pressure baling modes on the control station as required for various material types.

Bale counter
All Mardon RamPack Semi Auto Balers monitor and count the number of Bales produced as well as the hours running time—so both the number of bales produced & hourly throughput can be monitored.

Wire / Tape Holders
All Mardon RamPack Semi Auto Balers are filled with a wire holding tube so that a bundle of baling wire can be stored in a convenient and tidy manner. The majority of Mill Size Bales are wire tied, however Baling Tape Holders can be provided if required.
