The Mardon RamPack XL70 Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler produces bale sizes of 800-1500mm x 1500mm x 1100mm (L x W x H). It has been specifically designed to produce 850kg bales minimum so that with just 32 bales it fills a shipping container, typically competitor machines require 48 bales and seldom achieve optimum shipping weights of 25 tonne. Dependent on the feed, 3.1 tonne per hour is commonly achieved.

The Mardon RamPack XL70 Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler has wear plates fitted as standard offering unrivalled serviceability of the machine, with full bale eject as standard and a portcullis door with our anti-wire snap technology. Ripping teeth are also fitted as standard to this Mardon RamPack XL70 Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler making light work of baling a variety of waste materials.
A variety of feed options are available, as standard the Mardon RamPack XL70 Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler comes with a 2.5m wide hopper with a large 2000mm x 1500mm market leading feed opening for bulky materials, other options include; Conveyor feed, trunnion bin lifter or mechanical feed.
