Our state-of-the-art workshop, situated at our headquarters in the South West of England, excels in refurbishing machinery to the highest quality at competitive prices. Additionally, we offer customers the opportunity to incorporate bespoke modifications to meet their individual requirements.
We refurbish and maintain a stock of recycling balers and compactors featuring various makes and models. Our extensive workshop enables our engineers to work on multiple machines simultaneously, ensuring a quick lead time from order to delivery.
At Mardon, our in-house refurbishment process includes initial inspections, full component strip-downs, machine shot blasting, priming and painting, and comprehensive hydraulic and electrical component rebuilds. All equipment undergoes rigorous testing and is subjected to a 20-Point Pre-Delivery Inspection Checklist (PDI) before leaving our warehouse, guaranteeing that the machines arrive on site in perfect working order.

We have a fully stocked parts department of fast moving mechanical parts and electronic components for a wide range of recycling equipment models. Sourcing from the best quality suppliers across the UK and Europe.
We are able to fabricate bespoke additions to suit individual requirements working from measurements taken from a site survey or from CAD drawings supplies, for example various size loading hoppers, walk on docks, bin lifting facilities for loading, this just to name the most popular.
Our refurbished machinery can be painted to any RAL colours of your choice and we can apply your business logo/livery if required. All machines leave the workshop with the most up to date H&S stickers to ensure full safety when operating the machine.
