We are proud to announce that James has been appointed to the position of Managing Director at Mardon Recycling Machinery.
James has been an integral part of our business for a number of years, consistently demonstrating the strategic insight, operational expertise, and leadership qualities that this role demands. His dedication to Mardon and the people within it has been second to none, and this appointment is a true reflection of the value he brings to our organisation every single day.

Paul Promoted to Technical Director ⭐
We are equally delighted to congratulate Paul on his promotion to Technical Director.
Since joining Mardon in July 2024 as Head Engineer and Project Manager, Paul has made a significant and lasting impact on the business. He has raised the bar across our technical operations, strengthened our service delivery standards, and played a key role in developing the technical capability of our sales team.
Bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the waste equipment industry, Paul combines deep technical knowledge with strong industry relationships and a genuine commitment to delivering excellence for our customers.
