When used with a conveyor system, the baler can be continuous fed, producing around the clock bales.

The Multi-Linkage jaw clamp helps reduce material spring back to ensure tightly packed, dense bales that are automatically ejected fully tied.

FULLY-AUTO TWIN RAM BALERS

The RamPack Twin Ram Baler range offers a robust, heavy-duty solution for handling harder to bale rigid materials including hard plastics, steel and aluminium cans as well as cardboard, paper, PET bottles & soft plastics.

The Twin Ram Balers come in a variety of models and can achieve an outstanding pressing force up to a 180 ton and can bale throughputs of up to 18 tonnes per hour.

MULTIPLE MATERIAL STREAMS

Thanks to the unique closed side door design and pre-set materials program, the RamPack Twin Baler can quickly switch from one material to another and is great when sites have multiple material types needing to be baled, such as recycling centres, distribution centres and manufacturing plants.
