RamPack CL120 -2x30kW Fully Auto Channel Baler
The CL120 Channel Baler is the largest channel baler within the range, and is suited to large throughputs between 8-25 Tonne p/hr and has a pressing force of an impressive 120 ton.
The RamPack Channel Baler range is perfectly suited for customers who typically have the same waste type, and is perfect for cardboard, papers and soft plastics and produces on average bale weights between 800-1100kg.
When used with a conveyor system, the baler can be continuous fed, producing around the clock bales.
The Mardon channel baler range is fitted with CAT 4 safety switches and dual safety relays making sure your baler meets all the European regulations.
Durability is guaranteed with the Hardox Chamber floor and de-blocking rams as standard.
The Multi-Linkage jaw clamp helps reduce material spring back to ensure tightly packed dense bales that are automatically ejected, fully tied.
Designed especially with ease-of-operation, our range of fully automatic balers have touchscreen HMI digital displays, programmable settings with easy to read fault finding diagnostic capabilities.
