RAMPACK VERTICAL BALERS
Mardon RamPack Vertical Balers with their small footprints, perfect for baling surplus material and recyclable waste, are a great solution to maximise rebate opportunities and minimise wasted storage space and in can reduce disposal costs up to a huge 90%
The RamPack Vertical Baler range offers a practical solution where space is at a minimum. Ranging from 40kg to 650kg bale models, there is a suitable RamPack vertical baler for whatever your throughput and whatever your space.
Perfectly suited for cardboard, paper, soft plastics and textiles.
The HD models are designed specifically to deal with harder to bale materials such as aluminium cans and hard plastics, with cross tie methods to make sure difficult to hold materials are kept securely fastened within the bales.
The larger models within the vertical range produce standard mill size bales ranging from 450-650kg bales, enabling maximum rebate opportunities

Our Horizontal Baler Range have both Semi Automatic Balers and Fully Automatic Balers to suit a range of sites, offering multiple options to the customer.
Our RamPack Semi-Automatic Horizontal Balers are a blend of manual and automated operation.
Our Semi-Automatic Balers are programmed to bale recyclable materials automatically, the operator is then notified when the bale is ready to be tied off and ejected. Perfect for medium to large volumes of waste, producing high density mill size bales to maximise rebate opportunities and save on waste disposal fees.
The V shaped serrated shear blades ensure maximum cutting efficiency which prevents blockages and downtime. With a pressing force of 36-80 tonnes, our Semi-Auto Range has a model to suit any business. Multiple loading options are available including, manually fed with open hoppers, box hoppers, bin lift options and conveyor fed.
Our RamPack Fully Automatic Horizontal Baler range is engineered for businesses and industries seeking a fully automated system, minimising operator’s labour involvement and is perfectly suited for clients with high volumes of waste material, with the largest model capable of processing an impressive 25 tonne p/hr of material.
