Semi-Automatic Balers
Our Mill Size Semi-Automatic Balers strike the balance between manual input and automated efficiency. Material can be loaded either manually or be forklift / bucket feed. The baler automatically detects the material inside the baler and once the correct level is reached, it will produce the bale. The operator is then alerted to thread the wires and tie off the bale, ready for ejection.
Our RamPack Semi-Automatic Balers are capable of producing mill-size bales, making them ideal for warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants.

Fully-Automatic Twin Ram Balers
The RamPack Twin Ram Baler range offers a robust, heavy-duty solution for handling harder to bale rigid materials including hard plastics, steel and aluminium cans as well as cardboard, paper, PET bottles & soft plastics. The Twin Ram Balers come in a variety of models and can achieve an outstanding pressing force up to a 180 ton and can bale throughputs of up to 18 tonnes per hour.
Thanks to the unique closed side door design and preset materials program, the RamPack Twin Baler is able to quickly switch from one material to another and is great where there are multiple material types needing to be baled, such as recycling centres, distribution centres and manufacturing plants.
The bales are automatically ejected fully tied by the world-renowned Accent Wire tie system, guaranteeing a tight secure bale every time.
